Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify their unique needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, utilizing both individual and group therapy methods, to equip clients with coping strategies and coping mechanisms.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in our EHR systems while ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated care approach for clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in training and workshops to enhance therapeutic competencies and cultural competence in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population encompasses a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, eating disorders, substance abuse issues, and trauma-related conditions. We are particularly focused on serving individuals from diverse backgrounds and understand the need for culturally sensitive treatment approaches that respect each client’s unique experiences and values.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
