Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions through virtual platforms, focusing on addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and executive functioning deficits.

• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans that align with the distinct needs and objectives of each client, ensuring that therapeutic strategies respect their individuality.

• Maintain diligent documentation of client progress, treatment outcomes, and any pertinent communications through our electronic health record system.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and strategies to provide an integrated support system for our clients related to behavioral health.

• Stay informed about new best practices and evidence-based interventions in mental health care, bringing innovative solutions to your counseling practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize tasks, ensuring high-quality service delivery within a high caseload volume setting.

• Strong clinical skills with the capability to establish rapport and build trust with clients effectively.
