Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at Elevance Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand the mental health status and needs of clients.

• Formulate and implement individualized care plans, continuously adjusting based on patient progress and feedback.

• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health disorders, crafting care strategies reflective of each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate referrals to community resources, treatment programs, and support groups, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive care.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and revise discharge plans, promoting smooth transitions in care.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, including state licensure requirements and best practices as outlined in the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Communicate effectively with clients’ support systems, including family members and healthcare providers, to coordinate care and address any potential barriers.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
