This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still making a significant impact on the lives of your clients. Our practice provides you with administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on what matters most – your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, actively involving clients in their therapeutic journey.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to facilitate coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and therapeutic interventions in compliance with practice protocols.

• Utilize telehealth technology efficiently for effective client communication and service delivery.

• Participate in regular peer consultations and supervision meetings to ensure professional development and continuous quality improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds, presenting a wide range of mental health challenges. As a licensed counselor, you will work with clients of all ages, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, ADHD, and more. This position emphasizes creating a safe and inclusive space for all clients, prioritizing their well-being in each therapeutic encounter.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Full licensing to practice independently without supervision as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Strong evaluation skills to make informed decisions about treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor in working with clients.

• Proficient with computer systems and telehealth platforms for client management.

Preferred Experience\n
