Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to flourish in a supportive virtual environment. While you will primarily work from home, our dedicated team culture ensures you are connected and engaged with colleagues through regular online meetings and professional development initiatives. Our practice operates Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs, risks, and strengths, leading to the formulation of tailored treatment strategies.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that help patients articulate their experiences and foster community support.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive care that integrates various therapeutic approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques and immediate resource identification.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community support resources.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential patient documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations, training sessions, and keeping abreast of the latest research and interventions in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals from varied cultural, economic, and social backgrounds. Our focus includes clients grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your role is crucial in creating a non-judgmental and empathetic environment, where clients feel valued and understood as they pursue better mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Profound knowledge of mental health disorders and clinical interventions backed by evidence-based practices.

• Experience conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating treatment plans for a variety of mental health issues.

• Demonstrated ability to provide both individual and group therapy to a wide range of populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
