Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to ascertain patient needs, ensuring the formulation of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to client goals.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, addressing common issues faced by clients and fostering a sense of shared experience among participants.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning sessions with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals for comprehensive care coordination.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients receive immediate and appropriate care.

• Educate patients about their conditions, therapeutic practices, and community resources available to support their path to recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuing education opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
