Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized therapy services, including individual sessions, couples and family counseling, as well as group therapy for various age populations.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and personal goals.

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based methodologies and tailored to meet each client's specific circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative processes with interdisciplinary teams and partners in the community, ensuring coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation regarding client progress, treatment interventions, and assessments utilizing our electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will provide support to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our emphasis on a client-centered approach ensures that therapeutic interventions are designed to resonate with the individual experiences and backgrounds of each client. You will have the opportunity to work with clients facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Active state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Oregon is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health or clinical settings, with demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices.

• Strong ability to assess situations and develop informed treatment plans that cater to individual client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC offers competitive compensation between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
