Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a range of important responsibilities including:

• Regularly communicating with physicians to report on patient progress, current needs, concerns, and to identify potential and actual problems.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records, including clinical assessments and progress notes, in compliance with departmental policies.
\n
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge planning informed by psychosocial assessments and established social work methods.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention and counseling services to clients, effectively assessing and treating emotional and behavioral issues.
\n
• Assisting with discharge planning and conducting care coordination by liaising with various regional providers to facilitate smooth transitions to care.
\n
• Consulting and coordinating with the families and support systems of clients in regard to treatment and discharge strategies.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and various life challenges. Your role will involve assessing clients’ mental health needs and tailoring interventions that promote healing and resilience, ultimately improving their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent.
\n
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, showcasing your ability to manage caseloads effectively.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering evidence-based mental health treatments and interventions.
\n
• A self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills, able to work independently in a remote setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using computers and software applications essential for telehealth services, particularly MS Office Suite.

Preferred Experience\n

While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with additional experience in telehealth or working with specific populations, such as adolescents or those with co-occurring disorders, will be viewed favorably.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000, accompanied by a robust benefits package that includes:
