Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that reflect their unique backgrounds and needs.

• Engage clients in effective therapeutic modalities, facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring that all aspects of client care are addressed holistically and integratively.

• Educate clients and their families about treatment processes, empowering them to engage actively in their recovery journey and promoting a supportive network for lasting change.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, adhering to all ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements to ensure the integrity of client information and clinical documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
