Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Comfort and proficiency in conducting therapy via telehealth platforms, with a focus on creating a supportive environment during virtual sessions.

• Exceptional ability to establish rapport with clients, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and non-judgmental support.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high caseload effectively while maintaining a quality of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
