This position allows for a fully remote work setting, providing flexibility while facilitating the delivery of telehealth therapeutic services. Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Conducting comprehensive initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and identify treatment needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals who are grappling with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. You will encounter a diverse client base, which may include adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex issues related to trauma, addiction, and mental illness. Empathy, cultural competence, and effective communication skills are essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients to facilitate meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be eligible for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• A current and valid license in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Science as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Verification of a non-suspended or non-probationary status of licensure.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
