Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible remote work arrangement, allowing mental health professionals to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. While the primary responsibilities involve virtual consultations, our outpatient office remains an essential part of our operations. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some scheduling flexibility required based on client needs, ensuring that we accommodate those we serve effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and formulate individualized treatment plans with evidence-based practices.

• Deploy a variety of therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulously accurate and confidential clinical documentation, in compliance with HIPAA regulations and other industry standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer counselors to provide comprehensive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer reviews aimed at boosting the quality of services we provide.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to facilitate a holistic approach to care.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, adapting to innovative therapies and practices that enhance overall client wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse patient population, including adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding each client's unique circumstances through thoughtful assessments, you will play a vital role in fostering their recovery process and supporting their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy with the ability to apply various therapeutic techniques based on individual client needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities to facilitate client engagement effectively.

• Proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
