Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat to help them manage and improve their mental health.

• Facilitating discussions to assist clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, encouraging them to gain insight into their personal and relational dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are stable adults screened to ensure they have low acuity mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensing as a Mental Health Counselor in Texas as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions.

• Proficient computer skills and the ability to effectively utilize technology for counseling practices.

Preferred Experience\n

We welcome applicants with at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting. Experience working with similar clientele and knowledge of electronic health record systems will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with your level of experience and the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include:
