Key Responsibilities\n

• Engaging directly with clients through telehealth sessions to collaboratively set, track, and achieve treatment goals.
\n
• Delivering prevention-oriented therapeutic services and adjusting interventions based on client feedback and progress.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and regularly reviewing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Collaborating with additional treatment providers, placement agencies, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions, including session notes and progress reports.
\n
• Attending regular staff meetings to discuss clinical cases, share insights, and partake in organizational development.
\n
• Contributing to a positive team culture by actively participating in initiatives that enrich our working environment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid and unrestricted mental health license (LPC, LMFT, and/or LCSW) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields is required.
\n
• Strong understanding of community mental health resources and how to effectively integrate them into treatment plans.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.

• Proven ability to build rapport with clients, creating a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual therapy environments.
\n
• Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for telehealth practice and remote documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
