Our telehealth practice allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your lifestyle. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive and collaborative remote work environment. Regular team meetings and consultations ensure that all staff are aligned on patient care and have the necessary resources to excel in their roles. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some schedule flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s needs, strengths, and goals.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Organize and lead psychoeducational and support groups to foster a sense of community among clients.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring clients feel safe and supported.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources for additional support.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient records, adhering to legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through case consultations and staying informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will interact with a diverse client population, spanning various backgrounds and mental health conditions. Your therapeutic skills will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex conditions like bipolar disorder and substance use disorders. Bringing empathy and cultural competence to each interaction will be essential in building strong therapeutic alliances and tailoring treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure in the state of New Jersey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated capability in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans that promote client progress.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
