Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine their mental health needs, facilitating the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services via secure virtual platforms, such as videoconferencing software, which meet the diverse needs of each client.

• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress using our electronic health record (EHR) system, facilitating effective continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields related to Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and establishing a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and an understanding attitude towards the varied experiences and obstacles faced by clients.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage multiple caseloads and documentation responsibilities remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, determined by the size of your caseload. Additional benefits include:
