This is a fully remote position, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving our clients through telehealth. As part of our supportive team, you will work regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate the severity and duration of their mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a deep understanding of their challenges.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs, goals, and preferences, encouraging their active participation in the healing process.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide ongoing education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and wellness strategies that promote recovery.

• Monitor and track clients' progress during the treatment process, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to guarantee integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Engage in continuous learning and research to stay informed about advancements in the field of mood disorder treatment, applying the latest findings to improve client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and cultivate a culture of professional growth.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, actively working to de-stigmatize mood disorders and promote a positive dialogue around mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and various anxiety-related disorders. Your role will center around fostering therapeutic relationships that empower clients to navigate their mental health challenges and work towards recovery in a supportive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborative practice with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in delivering effective outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
