Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Diagnose mental health conditions, provide evidence-based therapy, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting them as necessary to meet client progress.

• Facilitate individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques tailored to various presenting issues.

• Monitor client progress with regular evaluations and maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards.

• Create age-appropriate assessments and interventions, particularly focusing on the unique challenges facing children and adolescents.

• Lead parent support groups to address attachment issues, especially for parents of prenatally substance-exposed children, fostering a supportive community environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse mix of clients, ranging from children to adults, each facing unique challenges that require sensitivity and expertise. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) designation in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical or community health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
