Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs to develop personalized treatment plans that are aligned with their goals.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client, promoting their personal growth and emotional well-being.

• Set clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as required.

• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face geographical constraints or prefer virtual consultations. This includes utilizing specific telehealth platforms to maintain high-quality therapy sessions.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.

• Engage regularly in professional development activities, including training and workshops, to enhance therapeutic skills and keep abreast of best practices in mental health counseling.

You will work primarily with adults facing a range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and often seek tailored approaches to address their unique circumstances. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applications from experienced professionals, those with prior experience in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques will find particular alignment with our therapeutic approach. Experience in a community health setting or managing diverse caseloads is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseloads managed. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
