Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality mental health counseling, tailoring therapy methods to support diverse populations, including adolescents, families, and individuals facing various mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify specific treatment needs and collaboratively develop actionable treatment plans that promote positive outcomes.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses with the assistance of standardized screening tools and develop co-created treatment plans, documenting progress regularly according to company policies.

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals with mental health and behavioral challenges, co-occurring disorders, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in a mental health-related field, with specific qualifications of LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Current and valid state licensure in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
