Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions. Daily tasks will include:

• Performing thorough assessments to gather comprehensive background information to inform treatment plans.

• Designing individualized treatment goals tailored to the unique needs of each client or family unit.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, relational therapy, and family systems approaches.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions to enhance communication and resolve conflicts, while also providing individual sessions to work through personal issues.

• Engaging with clients experiencing difficulties related to issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and conflict resolution.

• Documenting session notes and progress reports in compliance with state regulations and clinic policies.

Your client focus will encompass a diverse range of individuals, couples, and families. You will work with those dealing with:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

We also welcome newly licensed therapists as well as established professionals with a proven track record of client success. Flexibility is advantageous, with the opportunity to work 30 hours or more per week in a hybrid model (telehealth and in-person).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Mental Health of the Coast Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting the value we place on your expertise and contribution. In addition, we provide:
