Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and family dynamics to formulate effective treatment plans.

• Work with families dealing with issues such as grief, loss, divorce, job stress, and blended family challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges. Our practice emphasizes cultural competence and sensitivity to the unique backgrounds of our clients in Oyster Bay and surrounding areas. Common issues addressed include: substance abuse, domestic challenges, adjustments to separation and divorce, and the navigation of blended family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license in New York.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or closely related field is required.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
