Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions with clients of all ages, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, and work collaboratively to formulate detailed and actionable treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy notes, treatment plans, and client progress in adherence to clinic policies and state regulations.

• Engage in regular consultations with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and social workers, for integrated care approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring immediate support to clients experiencing acute emotional distress.

• Represent Key Well Counseling in community outreach efforts to foster relationships with local organizations and enhance our referral network.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide demographic of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. Many clients will be addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and grief. This diverse caseload will allow you to apply your skills comprehensively and gain valuable experience in addressing different mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current, active Maryland LCMFT license or eligibility for licensure in Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, showcasing your ability to work with a variety of populations and presenting issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
