Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities include:

• Providing individualized, evidence-based therapy to clients based on the needs of assigned Care Pods, tailoring treatment plans to meet unique needs and circumstances.
\n
• Coordinating closely with primary care providers and associated service professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive behavioral health care.
\n
• Monitoring clinical symptoms and treatment complications, documenting changes in clinical status and working on strategies to reduce patient distress.
\n
• Assisting with psychotropic medication management as prescribed by primary care physicians, focusing on treatment adherence, side-effect monitoring, and assessing overall effectiveness.
\n
• Utilizing a comprehensive registry to track patient follow-ups and clinical outcomes, ensuring accurate documentation of encounters and facilitating re-engagement processes.
\n
• Collaborating with clients to establish self-management goals and interventions that are actionable, encouraging empowerment in their recovery journey.
\n
• Facilitating timely adjustments to care plans for patients not showing improvement, including re-evaluation of medications, psychosocial treatments, and making appropriate referrals to additional services.

• Engaging with both clients and their families to create a shared care management plan that aligns with the therapeutic goals established during sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, providing care to individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. You will be equipped to address an array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other life transitions. Your understanding of cultural nuances will enrich your therapeutic approach, fostering stronger client relationships and better-client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCMFT license in Maryland is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.

• Exemplary clinical skills, particularly in working with diverse populations, are critical for this role.

• Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary to effectively manage a caseload and document client progress accurately.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems will facilitate your integration into our practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in private practice or outpatient mental health settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
