This is a full-time position conducted remotely from the comfort of your own home or preferred location. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Clinical Services: Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, couple, and family therapy sessions. Customize treatment approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop actionable, client-driven treatment plans that promote optimal health outcomes and equip clients with necessary coping skills.

• Documentation: Keep detailed and timely documentation of clinical notes, progress reports, and treatment plans per clinic protocols, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

• Collaboration: Engage with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to offer a holistic approach to client care.

• Crisis Intervention: Implement crisis management strategies, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Community Outreach: Actively represent Key Well Counseling at community events and networking opportunities, building strong relationships with local healthcare providers and organizations to enhance care resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele composed of children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address a variety of complex issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship dynamics, and grief. By employing culturally competent practices, you will ensure that all clients receive the empathetic care they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LCMFT license in Maryland or eligibility for licensure.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant field and expertise in working with varied populations and mental health issues.

• Skills in administering individual, couple, and family therapy with flexibility to employ various therapeutic techniques based on specific client requirements.

• A strong ability to establish rapport with clients and their families, creating a warm, safe therapeutic environment.

• A commitment to client-centered care with a dedicated focus on improving mental health outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 , complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
