Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health, using structured clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Evaluate individual and family needs to develop targeted treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Deliver engaging and effective individual therapy sessions across various issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship struggles.

• Facilitate couples therapy aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding trust within relationships.

• Regularly review and modify treatment plans based on clients' progress and evolving needs, ensuring an adaptive therapeutic approach.

• Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including notes, treatment plans, and progress reports, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary teams as needed to offer holistic care, optimizing client outcomes.

• Respond effectively to clients in crisis, employing established crisis intervention methods to provide immediate support and safety.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
