Key Responsibilities\n

• Clinical Services: You will conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, particularly focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to each client's unique needs. Sessions will be held via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and safety.

• Assessment & Treatment Planning: Perform comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ needs and collaboratively develop actionable treatment plans, continuously monitoring progress during therapy.

• Documentation: We expect you to maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation that meets regulatory standards, including progress notes and treatment plans, without compromising quality care.

• Collaboration: Engage with a diverse team of professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies that benefit our clients and address their holistic needs.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate crisis management services for clients in acute distress and develop follow-up strategies to ensure their ongoing safety and support.

• Community Outreach: Represent our clinic at various community and networking events, fostering professional relationships that help expand our services to underserved populations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active Maryland LCMFT license or be eligible for licensure in the state.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
