Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, utilizing validated tools and techniques.

• Clearly evaluate clients’ needs, issues, and therapeutic goals to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions, focusing on a wide range of mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and more.

• Facilitate couples therapy to aid in improving communication, resolving conflicts, and enhancing relationship satisfaction.

• Regularly reassess and update treatment plans based on clients’ progress and any changes in their circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and organized records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines while promoting advocacy for client rights.

• Be equipped to provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to keep abreast of industry advancements and best practices.

• Foster communication with clients, families, and other health care professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist from the respective State Board is mandatory.

• Proven experience in offering individual and/or couples therapy, demonstrating successful therapeutic outcomes.

• Familiarity with working with both children and adults is advantageous.
