Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to alcoholism, grief, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to support clients in high-stress situations.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions that encourage open communication and help resolve familial conflicts.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for clients accessing our community health clinic resources.

• Document treatment progress thoroughly in compliance with applicable regulations and maintain confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists specialize in working with a diverse array of clients, focusing on both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will address a wide range of mental health concerns and relationship dynamics, including assisting blended families in navigating their unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
