Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy employing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Create and implement personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and interventions, collaborating closely with clients to ensure alignment with their goals.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver coordinated care for clients.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, enhancing clients' therapeutic experiences through peer interaction.

• Offer crisis intervention strategies, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain timely and accurate records and documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will focus on providing support and therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through issues such as relationship conflict, trauma recovery, and managing anxiety and depression. • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
