Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions primarily using evidence-based CBT-I techniques tailored to the needs of insomnia patients.

• Thoroughly review intake notes, initial self-report questionnaires, sleep diaries, and relevant medical documents to inform treatment planning.

• Regularly assess patient progress, document findings in our e-medical records system, and provide constructive feedback in clinical consultations.

• Effectively communicate with patients regarding their treatment plans, addressing both clinical and administrative inquiries in a timely manner.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in the field.

• Contribute to team meetings and collaborative treatment discussions, sharing insights and strategies to improve patient care.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by clinic leadership to support operational goals and patient needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on clients dealing with insomnia, many of whom struggle with related mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. You will work closely with these individuals to help them develop healthier sleep patterns through targeted therapeutic interventions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.
