Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans, ensuring all documentation complies with company policy and state regulations.

• For therapists designated as full-time, maintain an active caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Collaborate with fellow team members and external stakeholders—such as case managers, medical professionals, and school personnel—to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Implement creative therapeutic interventions that encourage clients to meet and exceed their therapy goals, demonstrating flexibility in approaches tailored to each individual's needs.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, preparing individual notes and reports for each session following established company guidelines.

• Participate actively in weekly clinical staff meetings and required training sessions, enriching both personal and team development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will primarily work with a diverse range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMFT clinical license in California.
\n
• Experience in clinical documentation practices, including conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and completing case notes.

• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Timeliness and efficiency in submitting necessary documentation for service compliance and continuity of care.

• Strong capacity to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients.

• A genuine comfort level working with a diverse client demographic and an understanding of cultural influences on mental health.

• Proficiency in using Office 365 and electronic health record systems, with a preference for experience using Valant.

• A successful background check is required for employment.

While the essential qualifications focus on licensing and foundational knowledge, candidates with previous experience in outpatient settings, innovative therapeutic methods, or experience with Telehealth will find this opportunity to be particularly rewarding.
