Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to thoughtfully evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based modalities.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing effective approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Monitor and document client progress in therapy sessions, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Actively advocate for clients' rights and access to appropriate mental health services and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will work primarily with diverse clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
