Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized mental health services, conducting psychotherapy sessions that focus on client-centered care and evidenced-based practices.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans and interventions in collaboration with fellow licensed professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Our patient population is diverse, with varying cultural backgrounds and experiences, requiring sensitivity and adaptability in your approach. Your ability to engage in group dynamics and foster relationships will be essential in promoting client success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
