Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as a Clinical Mental Health Therapist will encompass the following:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. Our diverse clientele consists of individuals from various cultural backgrounds and demographics, necessitating a sensitive and tailored approach to each treatment plan. Your role is vital in helping them recognize their strengths, develop resilience, and achieve tangible improvements in their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW license in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, with a focus on treating mood disorders preferred.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapies, specifically CBT and DBT, and familiarity with other therapeutic approaches for mood disorders.

• Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and its integration into treatment plans is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rapha Mental and Wellness Center values the contributions of its team members and offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
