Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to diagnose and develop appropriate treatment plans tailored to the needs of Health Plan members suffering from acute or chronic mental illnesses.

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more.

• Document all interactions and treatment plans accurately in alignment with state laws and NCQA standards, ensuring the ethical management of confidential patient information.

• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to screen members for psychotropic medications, ensuring all medication management aligns with best practices and guidelines.

• Engage in regular staff meetings to discuss treatment efficacy, participate in case consultations, and adapt treatment programs as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

• Maintain a responsive approach to client needs through follow-ups and assessments, and may be involved in on-call rotations as directed by management.

• Provide mentorship and supervision to associate clinicians or interns, fostering their professional development and enhancing the clinical skills of the team.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
