Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions in a supportive and nurturing environment, ensuring each session aligns with the planned outcomes set in the client's care plan.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active license as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.
\n
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting, with a focus on therapeutic modalities appropriate for individuals, couples, and families.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a variety of clients and their families.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with diverse populations is highly valued, particularly in providing marriage and family therapy services. Familiarity with therapeutic frameworks such as CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based practices is preferred to enhance client engagement and outcomes.
