Work Environment\n

Working hours will primarily be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening or weekend hours required in a rotating schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms in clients, emphasizing severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans specifically targeting their unique goals and preferences.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient's needs.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, promoting overall mental health awareness.

• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs and feedback.

• Work alongside psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive, integrated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n
