Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to create, organize, and evaluate individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing acute or chronic mental illness.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group outpatient psychotherapy sessions that adhere to the highest clinical standards.

• Guide patients and their families on adherence to treatment protocols, medication management, and other prescribed interventions while offering psychoeducation.
\n
• Compile and maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation, including treatment plans, intake assessments, and progress summaries, in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with physicians and psychiatrists as needed to assess the necessity for medication and integrate prescribed treatments into comprehensive care strategies.

• Engage in supervisory responsibilities for associates and provide leadership to peers as required and based on supervisory course completion.
\n
• Utilize community resources effectively, ensuring clients and their families have access to additional support services when necessary.
\n
• Participate in departmental program development, execution, and evaluation to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes.
\n
• Fulfill mandated reporting requirements by identifying and notifying relevant agencies about safety risks as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required upon hire.
