Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The mental health therapist will primarily serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families in the Palmdale area. You will deliver therapy to adults, children, and adolescents, recognizing the unique challenges that each demographic can present. Your knowledge of various therapeutic approaches and tailored interventions will ensure that all clients receive thoughtful, personalized care.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Valid LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD licensure in the state of California.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience providing therapy services.

• Demonstrated knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning, particularly using the DSM-5 framework.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with patients and collaboration with team members.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
