Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, you will:

• Physical and psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss.
\n
• Family conflicts and sibling rivalry.
\n
• Job-related stress and medical issues.

• Challenges within blended families, including remarriage.

• Separation, divorce, and its adjustments.
\n
• Interpersonal communication difficulties.
\n

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
