Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, addressing mental health and emotional needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, families, and individuals, utilizing evidence-based practices to improve relationship dynamics and personal well-being.

• Provide therapeutic interventions addressing a range of issues including, but not limited to, alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and communication barriers.

• Maintain detailed and accurate case notes while tracking treatment progress and outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising medical staff, social workers, and psychiatrists to coordinate care for patients.

Your work will interact with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and children. You will specialize in cases encompassing a wide spectrum of challenges such as:

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:

• Hold a current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
