Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Crossroad Behavioral Health Clinic, you will be integral to our clinical services by:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and individual clients, tailoring therapy plans that fit their unique needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with couples together while also providing individual therapy as necessary.

• Addressing complex family dynamics, including but not limited to issues such as grief and loss, job stress, and conflicts among family members.

• Developing and maintaining treatment goals in conjunction with clients, ensuring a collaborative and engaging therapeutic process.

• Engaging in professional development activities to refine therapeutic techniques and stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

• Documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse demographic, including both adults and child/adolescent populations. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing challenges such as:

Qualifications\n
