Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, developing individualized therapy strategies based on clinical findings.

• Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive treatment for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and respect for each client's privacy.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and workshops, to remain informed of the latest methodologies and advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Georgia is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
