Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including intake evaluations to identify client needs and appropriate interventions.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review personalized treatment plans that align with the therapeutic goals established alongside clients.

• Assist clients with case management by connecting them with vital community resources, including support services for housing, employment, and healthcare.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering stabilization and intervention to clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and governmental regulations, while protecting client confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Willow & Bloom, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families from varying cultural backgrounds and life circumstances. You will focus on facilitating therapeutic processes for individuals experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. A cultural competence and sensitivity is crucial for tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• A current and unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy and clinical services in an outpatient or healthcare setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
