This role is based in a remote setting, providing flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care. The position includes working alongside a supportive team of clinicians, engaging in interprofessional collaboration to create comprehensive and effective treatment plans. With certain responsibilities requiring flexibility in scheduling, some evening or weekend hours may be necessary to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain insights into clients’ mental health, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client, setting tangible goals and interventions.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a unified and coordinated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans when necessary.
\n
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducation classes, providing clients with valuable psychoeducation and coping strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients who are experiencing significant life challenges due to various mental health conditions. This includes individuals facing trauma, witnessing terminal illness, or those coping with grief and loss in a hospice setting. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health or outpatient settings is preferred.
