Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders, followed by the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain a caseload ranging from 25 to 30 client visits weekly, managing both individual and family therapy sessions.

• Document ongoing therapy processes, including assessments, treatment updates, and detailed case notes, in compliance with Huckeye Health's protocols.
\n
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming environment for clients while working collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to help clients achieve, and often exceed, their therapeutic goals.
\n
• Coordinate care with case managers, family members, and other stakeholders to create a cohesive treatment strategy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work at Huckeye Health will involve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families. You will engage with populations experiencing various challenges, such as trauma, addiction, anxiety, and relationship issues. A strong understanding of family dynamics and community resources will be crucial in facilitating effective treatment plans for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (or an equivalent field) is required.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated proficiency in evaluating and treating mental health concerns, particularly within a family therapy context.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective documentation and client interaction.

• Annual salary range is between $90,000 and $110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
