This position is operated entirely remotely, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Maintain a flexible client schedule, allowing you to choose how many clients you wish to see weekly.

• Utilize marketing support offered by the organization to grow your caseload effectively, implementing best practices in your outreach.

• Provide live, customized support to both clinicians and clients, facilitating a streamlined process for seeking and providing care.

• Quickly verify client insurance benefits through our automated systems, ensuring that patients have immediate access to necessary care without delays.

• Document therapy sessions in a timely manner using our electronic health record system, while adhering to all HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision meetings to refine your therapeutic skills and remain updated on the latest evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will cater to a diverse client demographic, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts. You will work with clients from various cultural backgrounds, allowing you to utilize your skills in building trust and rapport, creating a safe and inclusive space for all therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid LMFT license in the state of New York.

• Strong ability to work independently, while also effectively collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This lucrative role offers a competitive annual salary of USD 115,000 to 130,000, depending on experience, education, and skills.
