This position will primarily be conducted in a remote setting, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance. Although therapists will work from home, they will remain closely integrated with our outpatient office, participating in regular virtual team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide couples therapy to address issues such as communication barriers, trust, and intimacy challenges.

• Work collaboratively with families to improve communication and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are based on thorough assessments and align with clients’ goals.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders through comprehensive evaluations and clinical interviews.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA.

• Participate in multidisciplinary case management meetings to provide holistic care and integrate client services.

• Stay informed of the latest research and techniques in the field of marriage and family therapy to enhance treatment options.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population that includes individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Your skills will be essential in supporting clients in navigating personal and interpersonal issues, helping them to develop healthier coping strategies and fostering stronger family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals and families.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.

• Proficiency in using virtual meeting tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
