Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions that employ diverse therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique experiences and backgrounds of each client.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals and monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjustments to treatment strategies.

• Engage in staff meetings and group supervision sessions to exchange insights, discuss case progress, and continually enhance clinical skills.

• Ensure all client interactions and treatment plans are documented accurately in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Compassionate Health Center, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families facing various challenges such as anxiety, trauma, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A current state-issued LMFT license is essential for this role.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, including couples, families, and adolescents, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
